ANDSS Team Challenge Quest results are as follows: Our NCC Student Team came in Third (Beating 145 other teams) and our 1km Obstacle Run timing was 5mins. We also got Teacher Officer Champion with my 1km Obstacle Run timing of 3min53secs. All in all, very proud of ANDSS Team Challenge Quest 2009 who pushed hard through many grueling sessions and produced great results....GO ANDSS NCC!

ANDSS NCC Challenge Quest team is all out for a stellar performance this year at Challenge Quest'09. This is the first time that Challenge Quest's results will be calculated into BUC. I too will be entering the fray as team member of Central District teacher officers' team in order to go for GOLD!
The names of the first team and reserve team will be made known to you shortly. All team members must attend all trainings.
It may be a tough journey but nothing worth valuable ever comes easy!

Weds 14 Oct- Sit-up + Push-up (Max in a min) + Combat Run- YCK Stadium, EZ pace, 3 x 1km (1km<6mins)
Fri 16 Oct- MOC Practice (HQ NCC) + Combat Run- EZ Pace, 2 x 1km (1km<6mins)
Mon 19 Oct- Sit-up + Push-up (2 x Max in a min) + Interval Run- YCK Stadium, Fast pace, 5 X 400M (400m<1min45s)
Weds 21 Oct- Sit-up + Push-up (3 x Max in a min) + Combat Run- YCK Stadium, Striding pace, 3 x 1km (1km<5mins)
Fri 23 Oct- MOC Practice (HQ NCC) + Combat Run- Fast Pace, 2 x 1km (1km<4mins)
